Daughter of Mr. Humberto Sarmiento Rey and Mrs. Anisia Mercene Valentino
2nd among the siblings: Sergio V. Rey II eldest, Reyleen V. Rey the youngest.
Born on October 8, 1975 at Buenavista, Marinduque
Married to Crispin M. Siena with three children namely: Lawrence James, Cris Leehan and Cris Luis
March of 1988, she finished elementary at Buenavista Central Elementary School
March of 1992, she finished high school at Buenavista High School
In 1996, she graduated at Polytechnic University of the Philippines with the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Economics

May of 1996 gave her the winning, the start of her public service as Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman of Barangay Dos

June 1996, she then elected and took oath as the Municipal SK Federation President and Ex –Officio member of the Sangguniang Bayan of Buenavista.

July 23, 1996 with the support and confidence in her leadership by the Municipal Federation Presidents of 6 municipalities declared her as the First Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation President from Buenavista.
Became a Member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan as its Ex Officio member holding the Chairmanship in the Committee on Youth and Sports and several Committee membership

She was Elected as Auditor in the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN NATIONAL FEDERATION (SKNF) and became an active official of the SK National Executive Board (SKNEB) and was awarded “Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan” by the National Youth Commission and the SK National Federation.

In May 2007 - 2010, with her leadership and great accomplishments as Youth leader in her SK Days, make way to more and greater responsibilities as she was elected as 1st Sangguniang Bayan Member with biggest no of votes obtained.

During the years of 2011-2015 she focus herself in extending services and support to the people by working with different organizations and business community which also aims to uplift the life of the people of Buenavista.

In 2012 serve as Consultant on Women Advocacy and Development in the Provincial Government of Marinduque
2013 –Present served as the President of Marinduque Chamber of Commerce – Buenavista
And Secretary of Philippine Chamber of Commerce - Marinduque
MAY 10, 2016 – with her dedication and continued support to the welfare of the people of Buenavista, and gaining the trust and confidence of the people thus, providing her with great no. of votes that elected her as the 1st Woman Vice Mayor of Buenavista.
